Initiate Request
Log into your account or visit our support portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our technical support team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a unique RMA number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity and issue your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
